Our Confluence app YouTube for Confluence, allows playing YouTube videos in a (fullscreen) dialog in Confluence Cloud. Due to technical limitation in Confluence Cloud, the native YouTube fullscreen mode is not supported, but our app provides some workarounds to get a similar fullscreen experience.
All YouTube for Confluence macros such as “YouTube video” or “YouTube playlist” provide the following options to define how the fullscreen dialog can be accessed:
- YouTubeIcon: Clicking the standard You Tube icon opens the fullscreen dialog.
- ConfluenceButton: A button to open the fullscreen dialog is added below the YouTube player.
- Disabled: Fullscreen support is disabled.
